Being from Indonesia, I found that pre-packaged hot sauces lack the special kick found in freshly made sambal. That said, my favorite hot sauce is Sambal ABC. You can find them in Asian supermarkets. Amazon sell them too, of course, or you can also try the specialty online Indonesian food vendor, IndoMerchant.

I live in New England, and today’s weather really is making me wish I was in Bali or Bora Bora.

Love the app. Help me cut through the line, and like you said, I can customize my drink without having to explain it. Also getting those stars is addictive.

As a Bostonian, you should’ve gotten an iced coffee at Dunkin’. Like Big Papi and Gronk.

What if your boss asks you to go ahead and come in on weekends to turn in those TPS reports?

Seven degrees??? I’m struggling just to finish one right now.

I won’t be able to function if I don’t eat breakfast. Even if it’s just cereal and milk. And I definitely need coffee in the morning.

It was the top show in six cities: Arizona, Iowa, Maine, Nevada, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.

To be fair, that post was from 2017. I use darktable for a few months now and haven’t noticing any bugs. Not too crazy about the interface though. I tried digikam before too, but I couldn’t even get it to launch on both of my machines.

Ooh, that looks interesting! I might try it too. It’s even cheaper than Lightroom standalone version.

For reading, I’ve been using SumatraPDF on Windows. It’s light and fast, but very minimalist. It doesn’t even have highlighting and note-taking features. It can’t do forms either. Might as well stick to Adobe’s own Reader if you need those feature. If you just need to split pages, extract certain pages, or merge pdf

They don’t need no stinkin’ badges.

I’m the guy who bought the SSD. You’re right, I should’ve never checked the prices again. Lesson learned.

I’d like to try this out. Hopefully, I won’t lose interest after the first couple of weeks. At least this is a weekly challenge, not a daily one.

My biggest tech regret was not on the item itself but more on the price. So I bought a Crucial SSD a few months ago. I thought I got a good price for $98, since it usually sold for around $120. But then its price kept falling; last time I check it was $68 or something. Had I waited a bit, I would’ve saved even more.

Seconded!

Advertising and affiliate revenue. They show ads based on the search term, not on who you are since they don’t track you. The affiliate revenue works anonymously.

ACDSee might be a good alternative to Lightroom. It’s not free, but it’s not as pricey as Lightroom.

I missed Picasa. I’m trying out Adobe Bridge, digiKam, and darktable. But nothing beats the simplicity and speed of Picasa.
