I wonder if HBC ever met Princess Margaret in real life. Her great-grandfather was a Prime Minister (Asquith) and there are several life peers in her family tree. 

This is my approach with an awful coworker too. I’m professional and polite, but I won’t hesitate to call her out and shut down her bullshit (and cc my boss on all communication) if she tries to start something over email.
