I for one am excited about seeing the Daughters of the Dragon, even if i have to sit through another season of watching Danny Rand stumble around ineffectually.

"Alonso's Axle Grease" is a clever reference to one of the Vertigo editors back in the day, Axel Alonso. He may have been an editor on the Preacher comic, but I forget.
Sure enough! I overlooked it. OK, The Guess Who then.
Love it but the Raspberries, The Turtles, and the Monkees should have been on there.
Gary Cole's best role was Sheriff Lucas Buck in the 1995 American Gothic on CBS. If you ask me, anyway.
But not The Gold Experience, which was on Warners. Curious!
Let's not forget how, in 1973, Yoko and John separated, Yoko staying in NYC to canoodle with session guitarist David McCracken, and John taking off to LA with May Pang, all this with Yoko's blessing, and this lasted until 1975 when Yoko blew the whistle and made John come home. The rest is Double Fantasy.
There's some dispute as to whether Nick Drake's death was a suicide or accidental overdose. Just wanted to say.
Also recommended- from HEAD, "As We Go Along", a gorgeous track in a tricky time signature with an outstanding Dolenz vocal, and Mike's "St. Matthew", which can be found on the Listen to the Band box set as well as one of the "Missing Links" volumes.
Yelena Belova, the blonde Black Widow.
I've always thought Brock loved Hank and Dean, but just gets exasperated with them.
What I want to know is who put the poster back up over the hole after he escaped?
"Heart's Filthy Lesson" and "Hallo Spaceboy" are the only two from this one I ever want to hear again. Earthling was his best 90s album in my book.
"Tragic future"? I mean, a Cinnabon manager isn't exactly anyone's grand ideal but "tragic"? Did I miss an episode?
Yeah, God forbid we should have our comic book characters look like their original selves in the actual comics. As always with about 75% of pop culture writers these days, a reminder is in order: Just because YOU think it looks "silly" doesn't necessarily mean that it IS "silly" or is regarded that way by others.…
Cat Stevens' Jesus? Queen's song of the same title from their debut album also comes to mind.
I think you're dead wrong about "Maybe I'm Amazed", it's always sounded slow, draggy, and bland compared to the rawer, more homespun and crisper version on McCARTNEY.
Don't sleep on The Hard Way; it's in Copperhead Road's shadow, but it has "Billy Austin" which may be the best song he ever wrote.
It's been years since I've seen this, but to this day I'll always remember Dennis Hopper with his holstered chainsaws and the one big phallic one, sawing down the support beams as he sings "Bringing in the Sheaves". I kinda liked the sequel a little better than the original, actually.
Actually, the best place to go looking for Deathlok comics is the character's original run, by Doug Moench and Rich Buckler, in the 70's in the ASTONISHING TALES series. If you ask me, of course.
