The ability to access large portions of the track and clear sight lines of the cars (and passing).

The Miami/Homestead roval is a great track with elevation change (for Florida).

Homestead is a pretty good track. I would think it could be brought to Grade 1 with reasonable $s. I really want an F1 in south Florida.

If it is your first motorcycle, it should be something cheap, used and not excessively powerful. If you love riding replace it with the cafe bike.
