It is important to keep in mind that two or three different prosecutors delayed and/or declined to pursue charges against these racist asshats.

Justice will not be served until the initial prosecutor and all of the law enforcement that tried to cover up this case are convicted of conspiracy and being accessories to murder after the fact.

In a way it has, there’s a big difference between a 30 year old dating a 20 year old and a 40 year old dating a 30 year old. Hence why the half your age plus seven years minimum has always made common sense, that rule would make the former relationship problematic while not the latter.

IIRC there are prop guns designed to mimic real life guns but chambered specifically for blanks, so you literally can’t load them with live ammo. That’s probably only practical to do with common gun models though. Westerns aren’t that common these days so my guess would be that there aren’t prop guns available for…
