Ick. Pandora plays the same song OVER AND OVER. By which I mean, how exactly am I "discovering" music if all the music sounds the f'ing same???

@hepatace: Thank you! You're the first person to explain that this is a TODAY SCREEN app. By first, I mean up to and including the SITE ITSELF. I d/led it, see nothing in my new programs, start poking through the docs... mad details for the programming crowd (which I am, but I've got plenty of side-projects, thank

So, we *tried* to buy heads of lettuce a couple years ago ($1.50/head as opposed to half as much for $5/bag).

@secret_curse: Uh, I don't think that's what it does. GV is a *new* number that can be programmed to ring out to many different numbers. I'm pretty sure the POTS system isn't going to enable you to hijack a phone number and have it go into a google voicemail box.

@dragynphyre: plus people walk away from them all the time. Dip machines mean you never let go of your card (and except for the truly moronic) put it back in your wallet right away.

@Joseph Smrekar: OK, so when you go to the ATM to put more money into your account, how is it they know which account to put it in...

Yeah, you guys forgot Sequoia View. Teh awesome.

@SJRNWT: I think the verb you're looking for is "steal."

@jennieblue22: I just don't get it. How is it more "feature rich" if it only has one button on the mouse?

@stradric: ditto all those plus Chrome is the netbook browser-of-choice with its tiny vertical consumption. hide the bookmark bar and you've got maybe 550 of your 600 vertical pixels for browsing, as opposed to only 480-500 in FFx.

@aerick79: Yay! I want to spend $15 for Chinese-made plastic to hang on my wall sockets! The Chinese have such a GREAT safety record!

So, what's the point? I mean, if it's just "hiding" the content, it's still going and getting it from your history, so you're not saving any cycles. Jeez, even my Atom netbook can handle that. It's not "privacy" because that's what the Pr0n mod— I mean Incognito mode is for.

@Falconfire: You know what, you're right. MS doesn't force people to download software they don't want just because they downloaded other software they DO want.

@Scott D. Feldstein: Wait, isn't this EXACTLY what people bash MS for? But oooh, it comes in pretty colors and all the cool people have it, so monopolistic behavior is OK?

@Brad: I think NetFlix sees an opening to raise prices, now that CockBuster savaged their returns policy ([consumerist.com]).

@ccharles: Nah, they mine them off the coast of the Inner Hebrides.
