The final straw was how he acted when Buffy started hooking up with Spike. Instead of being supportive of her at a really difficult time when she already felt alienated he went berserk on her like she betrayed him somehow.

I really like those episodes, despite that she is still kind of awful Kaya made up for it. I was surprised I even liked Cook’s episodes, I actually gave a crap about him this time.

Kaya!!! I love her so much. I was obsessed with all her looks in the Fire episodes of Skins.

Yeah I wasn’t upset by this at all. Course I am also not as invested in this show as some people but it felt fairly obvious Lexa was gonna get it. She was the leader of a powerful community making some really questionable calls that to an outsider looked like she was doing it all for the nookie, so yeah her number’s

Yeah that’s fair. I was mostly just surprised cause it seemed like Jezebel always really liked her. Didn’t realize that had changed.

Yeah I guess I never noticed because I don’t watch most of her work. Saw trainwreck but I dunno it filtered in mostly as background noise so she just came across as any other comedic lead in a JA movie.

Hmm yeah I mean I haven’t seen those so I’m not gonna pass any immediate judgement.
I’m also at that same point. It’s exhausting to keep track of all the people we are supposed to have grudges against. I’m throwing my hands up. And gonna, I dunno, go look at flowers or something.

I felt a little foolish afterwards that I expected more than a repackaging. I mean it’s not even JJ’s fault entirely, I shouldn’t have expected better from Disney.

Yeah I grew up with the Star Wars trilogy and I honestly can’t remember a time when I didn’t know Darth Vader was Luke’s dad. It was just common knowledge like the grass is green and the sky is blue.

Why is that again? Was there ever any reason for it or it just happened?

Same! And of course it turned out to be delicious.

He was actually pretty funny which is probably why I have a soft spot for that season. I think he was also on a bunch of Road Rules X Real World challenges.

That is so cool I can’t believe you recreated that! The closest I ever got was doing one of the puzzles. I actually wish I still had some of those cause I could go for some puzzles and wine relaxation this weekend.

Oh man I thought I was so out there and different with my big book of Riese’s paintings. I may not know a lot about art but if you wanna talk Orcas in space I’m your gal.

Same! I loved them

If I ever learned how to read tarot these are the cards I would use, hands down.

Slightly related - Lisa Frank’s style kind of reminds me of Christian Riese Lassen’s paintings which I was also obsessed with back in the day - is that just a hazard of growing up in the 90's? Cause 20 years later I can still see myself

It really sucks that they gave him so little to do recently cause he’s an actor that could pull off a range of scenarios and emotions.

Just googled that and yeah you nailed it. The architecture and that sort of Spy Vs. Spy feel to it gives me the creeps.

I have this weird love-hate relationship with Tim Burton. I agree with you the movies you listed were definitely bottom of the barrel. A friend took me to see Dark Shadows and I was so upset at the end that I wasted two hours and a movie ticket on that.

But I love Big Fish and this looks to be similar. His other stuff

Sort of same. Which is funny because on paper he is the exact kind of guy I would go for. I think this is a case of interior douchiness ruining a really great exterior. That and 80% of the time he is pouting at the camera which is just a classic example of taking yourself too seriously.
