Yeah I think it’s mostly about the balance between the three. To be fair, the time it worked the best for me was when my coworkers gave it to me in India and it tasted like spicy warm butter. I don’t know about just turmeric milk but I found that when I have a cold if you heat up whole milk with some turmeric and lots of black pepper, it helps clear up your sinuses. It doesn’t taste that bad and you feel amazing afterwards, plus all you need is like a small dixie size cup.
