Just found that movie on Netflix yesterday and re-watched it. That and the book are my go to whenever I’m feeling super homesick.

It’s so true. I took an Animals in Human History class in college and it was utterly depressing. It was like watching a car crash happen in slow motion, completely unable to do anything to stop it. Going home I didn’t know if I should hug my cat or apologize to her.
