Which premiered on the same network, in the same time slot as well. Hopefully it works out better for this show, but the odds aren't in its favour. American public and shitty taste etc.

Hello: Bryan Fuller. That was enough for me.

I kind of respect the anti-climax (kind of) but the main thing on my mind when it ended was: "Oh…that's it? Okay then."

Meh, maybe how we got to the end was forced, but most of the second half was pretty awesome, and the last scene between Merle and Daryl takes it to B+ for me. This show nails the hell out of "confronting a zombified loved one" scenes.

At least her storyline for the next two seasons will be awesome.

I'd love to pay for HBO with my "money", but then again, fuck that. It's way overpriced and part of a tired system. I'd like to think I could wait nearly a year for DVD's to come out, but my conscience isn't that fine-tuned.

Not even horrible acid could compete with her crippling fear of boating over shallow water.

We watched Dante's Peak in my grade nine geography class, for some reason. There was some lava and a car chase scene, I think, because why not?

I wonder what heavy metal song will play when it finally erupts.

Sorry but Jon Hamm and his penis are a package deal. A pretty damn good package, I've heard.

Should go down as one of the better first seasons of a show in a long time, as long as they keep this up (and there's no reason to doubt they will).

It was a good trailer. Haters gonna hate.

I loved it too, and at least Youtube loves the shit out of it. People on here get all retroactively snotty after the reviews come out, but the trailer was as good as they could've done with the material, and that cover by Kendra Morris is awesome. JH Wyman has done amazing stuff on Fringe, so I can't believe that the

I mostly remember that intestine-swinging move from Machete, which was fairly awesome. Oh and Lindsay Lohan's boobs (unfortunately…?)

You shall make the next one or die trying, dammit.

I kind of hope every new ABC show will fail and make them put Happy Endings in a decent spot/renew it just to have something to air.

They couldn't cite sources because Boal got most of the information from in-person interviews with undercover CIA operatives. To reveal them would be putting them in danger. Overall, whether that detail is really true or not (and I don't know why "Maya" would lie) it doesn't really matter, because like you said, the

@avclub-33807fbc68d335db8080d3c10cb78822:disqus I think it did, maybe less so than ZDT. I find all the controversy over ZDT bullshit and annoying, as it took away from the brilliance of the film and its overall message. It's probably very accurate, especially after the Navy seal who shot Osama listed the

@avclub-6a1cf9ff786388fe8796c57ec63d1075:disqus I'd prefer horrifying or disconcerting but I was trying to be nice.

@avclub-60ac1337dd425567f906179964e55e96:disqus Your utter rage towards certain TV shows is interesting at least.
