I really like the power dynamics between the New Gods with Technical Boy being the lowest on the totem pole.

They've done the crazy, digitized, pixelated effect several times now and it always makes me uncomfortable when I see it. It somehow triggers both trypophobia and the Uncanny Valley simultaneously. It makes me cringe and itch at the same time.

It's crazy how Laura's lines lifted directly from the novel have such a totally new and different vibe when TV-Laura says them in this context.

Crispin Glover and Mads Mikkelsen both have that otherworldly sensuality that Fuller knows how to utilize so well.

"utterly out-of-field choice"

I absolutely love the styling for Technical Boy. He looks like a cross between Kanye West and Japanese street style who just walked off the runway. It's so annoyingly edgy and stylish, that it's just perfect for the character.

He just very casually slipped into a phone call with Duterte that there are 2 US subs in Korean waters. Oh, and he also congratulated him on his drug war which has, so far, claimed 9,000 deaths.

*ehem* The Philippines begs to differ…

"You're not her type" was so perfectly smarmy. I loved how petty Malcolm was with the whole thing.

The S2 flashbacks were so fucking good. Gave us Slade, Sara, Ivo, Shado, and Anatoly. Had the best action/fight scenes. Was the most fully integrated into the main plot both in story and themes.

It'll be tough watching Segarra in other shows because he's always going to be a creep to me now, whatever role he plays. Such a great villain.

Obligatory Community reference. You know which one.

I'm such a softie, but seeing her look amazing and powerful on the cover made me tear up. I miss her already.

LIL POUNDCAKE

Right? The Andrew Christian mini challenges were the best. Seeing the queens dying of thirst was always funny. It also functioned as another game for the home viewers: Spot The Pornstar— Brent Corrigan, Peter Le and Jesse Santana have all made appearances.

After losing Valentina, I'm going all in on Trinity. She's a fighter, has good comedic chops, can always bring the drama, and has always had pretty great looks. Shea and Sasha are in the top three, Peppermint in fourth.

I fucking love Valentina, but the moment she kept the mask on, I knew something was up. When RuPaul stopped the lipsync, I knew she was finished. Seeing her totally fall apart and feel utterly humiliated was just heartbreaking.

The lack of Pit Crew this season has been criminal. There used to be gratuitous butt/bulge shots everywhere but now we're lucky if we even get them in the episode. I feel like VH1 has made the show be more safe/conventional.

Read the article too and I have to disagree with you. There's a semblance of balance and even-handedness but the article is definitely sympathetic towards Fallon. It feels like a major PR fix. It also gets quotes from major NBC stars (Jay Leno comes off as even more of an asshole) but doesn't even mention Conan at

Agreed. Norte was amazing. Also, it's the shortest Lav movie so it's a great starting point.
