DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY O
DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY O
One point to consider though, is that most, if not all, the actors are really talented singers, most of them having been on Broadway. Compare that to the Buffy musical which worked despite of the actors only having decent to bad vocal chops.
Go on…
That did not sit well with me either but I did like Maggie telling her off about doing her job.
I didn't know Rachel Bloom wrote a song for the musical and now I'm waaaay more excited for tomorrow.
Chris Wood's reaction when Kara tells him it's over is heart breaking. Made me tear up. Really solid acting in that scene.
I loved Teri Hatcher's queen costumes. The shot where she teleported onto the DEO platform made her look majestic AF.
Oh dear god, please no more of those NSA analyst guys. Zach Woods was okay but everyone else was annoying.
Fair point. But I use RES so I don't even know what Reddit really looks like anymore.
THIS. I'm sure there's some good stories in there but the ugly CG animation is unwatchable.
I remember The Power Puff Girls movie being absolutely gorgeous. That was such an underrated gem.
They probably borrowed that from the Supernatural writers room. (Also, The Vampire Diaries/Originals writers definitely have them too.)
Fair enough, but those mediocre fight scenes are still better than what we're getting here in the first couple of episodes.
The Good Wife/Fight has always had a decent handle on how the internet works but their graphics on the websites have always sucked. It makes no sense that ChumHum makes so much money when their sites look like shit.
Counterpoint: The Flash/Supergirl/Arrow-verse has notably Jesse L. Martin, Victor Garber, Jeremy Jordan, Grant Gustin, etc., and will feature Darren Criss in their upcoming musical episode!
Elsbeth kind-of-but-not-really patting Maia's head to comfort her was such a great bit of physical comedy.
Mitchell as a Milo stand-in is one of those brilliant casting choices that can only come from The Good Wife/Fight. Whoever thought of that deserves a raise. I rated this episode B+ just on that performance alone. Felix and Lucca zinging each others fashion choices would make RuPaul proud.
Tyrion was also Trask in DOFP and he was okay in that.
12 was a highlight.
You could say that about pretty much all the fight scenes this season. There's even an out of nowhere split screen thrown in.
