Everybody Wants Some (like any Linklater movie) is basically just a bunch of really great scenes smushed together. Glen Powell's character was the most charming of the entire bunch.

Australian Masterchef is a good choice. Lots of really good cooks put in high pressure situations but competing with food instead of bitching at each other. It's also very expansive so there's a lot of stuff to watch.
