I kinda love Detox's boy look. Very 90's club kid.

I'm a Michelle Visage apologist but damn, she really went for it with Adore. She had some valid critiques but that was way harsh, Tai. I thought she looked amazing in her "poonani poetic justice realness" but her talent show look felt off-brand.

I wish there's continued coverage because I can't imagine going to reddit for discussions. *shudders*

I share your concerns with eliminations due to pettiness but I think all the queens are aware how much perception plays into the game. They said it out right during deliberations backstage when they said the audience would have a definite backlash if someone would be unfairly sent home. Smart queens should know

Really excited to see how she does in All Stars 2. She seems like the most evolved (pokemon pun intended) from all the other queens. She mentions how she and Sharon have switched roles now that she's the weird artsy queen, while Ms. Needles is going full-on showgirl. Self-awareness really is a huge factor in

That was such a great bit. A tiny gesture but huge implications.

The lyrics are just a series of ridiculous catchphrases. It burrows in your brain and you're stuck with it forever.

The only good thing I remember from Freak Show was Jessica Lange's amazing cover of Life on Mars.

Eight episodes seems like a sweet spot for Netflix type shows. Just enough to keep you hooked but not too tiring/boring/repetitive.

I mean, he's still a dick, but he's a somewhat likable dick. I like how conflicted I feel about him as a character.

This is why I don't mind the deleayed recaps. Gives me an excuse to rewatch episodes. :)

The song on its own gives me goosebumps. Add in all the stuff from the show and I'm legit crying.

Thanks for the heads up!

I'd say the Black Swan role was the perfect culmination of her being an ingenue.

"Mouth breather…"

Agreed. Only recently has bullying been brought up in a significant way in schools. When I was a kid (born in '85), unless you did something majorly bad, bullying was simply accepted as a way of life.

MILD SPOILERS, I guess, but they do this bit a couple more times in the next episodes and they're always great.

One of the very few gripes I have with the show was that the creature didn't really work for me. I was surprised when I read that the creature was practical. It looked like CGI all through out; probably because it was almost always shot in the dark. I liked the design though, felt like a sinister version of the flower

I think it's because RuPaul won't be hosting it and I don't know if Drag Race would still be Drag Race without Ru.

That would be a post-apopaloctic runway for sure.
