Eight episodes seems like a sweet spot for Netflix type shows. Just enough to keep you hooked but not too tiring/boring/repetitive.

I mean, he's still a dick, but he's a somewhat likable dick. I like how conflicted I feel about him as a character.

This is why I don't mind the deleayed recaps. Gives me an excuse to rewatch episodes. :)
