Did that guy really reload his handgun without firing a single shot? I'm talking about the scene in the construction building.

Indeed. Probably should have gone to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

So you wouldn't be turned off of this movie if the character was played by a man?

Anita Sarkeesian is a moron. Not because she's a feminist, but because she spends too much time thinking movies and other forms of media should portray a completely peaceful world with no issues. She's actually against people expressing themselves and being creative. She also thinks women can't be violent(lol).

Never really liked Efron as an every-man either and it's not because you never see him down in films. It's because you can't really buy him as someone who'd work hard. Sounds harsh and I'm sure he works hard at what he does, but on screen, it just doesn't come across.

Was always a huge fan of Artemis Fowl. I own all the novels and they're pretty damn good. I especially loved them in middle school when I had issues getting into Harry Potter. It's sort of prevalent throughout all the novels I read. I can't get into the blank slate main characters like Harry. But I was a huge fan of

Prometheus is a masterpiece.

This is actually going to be Hawke's third western in a row or something like that. He's got In A Valley of Violence coming out early next year, then The Magnificent Seven, and now this one. Your opinion might change by the time this movie comes around.

Of course he does. Tarantino basically worships Elmore Leonard. Where do you think he got his penchant for dialogue from? And considering Justified is probably the best adaptation of an Elmore Leonard work, it's not surprising he watched the entire show.

Sure. I mean, your opinion is absolutely moronic and on top of that, wrong. But hey, believe whatever you wish. Plenty of people live peaceful lives in ignorance.

The show used the whole Fight Club stuff to distract us from a twist that actually worked on every single one of us(that Darlene was Elliot's sister). Thought it was pretty brilliant.

What's really cool is that the episode basically said we knew all along that this was a Fight Club situation and we were complicit in knowing that fact, while Elliot didn't. Interesting bit of meta going on here.

It's pretty interpretative. It could be either of theirs, which also means it's probably both of theirs.

Ahem…

I've actually enjoyed a lot of Eisenberg's movies since then.

Well, it's irrelevant. That's why it wasn't mentioned.

Yea, apparently both Lynch and Lee are better than Linklater…

I'm actually happy with a lot of their choices.

"Manipulator of the highest order"

Absolutely wonderful. I loved it. Right down to the origin story of the hat that Elmore Leonard originally wrote him with.
