He's talking about data caps which pretty much say wgaf if you have high speed internet if it stops on you because you used up your monthy "allowance" of data.

Fortunately battle.net isn't WoW, it's more or less a service that ties all of Blizzard's titles together so you can chat to your D3 playing friends while playing WoW. WoW was still alive and well yesterday because I was playing it for most of the day.

You still would have access to your Google Keep data even if they did decide to shut it down. All of the data gets stored in your Google Drive.

It just tells me I have no internet connection every time I click the microphone icon to use this new feature.
