Part of the problem is the evidence. You might have enough to believe a victim, but do you have enough to prove it, absolutely, in a court? There are totally different standards and police officers get angry about it, as well.

It was a cop who got this case opened back up and it was a cop who did the legwork, found more victims and collected the evidence and pushed to move it forward. I don’t know what the Minneapolis Police were thinking, but the UM Campus Officer Randolph did it right.
