It’s not a crime unless people in a position of power care.

Doesn’t matter, he’s working with other people, fellow professionals who deserve a baseline of respect, and (former) star status doesn’t excuse him from basic decency, which it sounds like Allen has very little of

Someone that is a person and deserves to be treated with the same respect you’d want if someone very passive-aggressively says something about you to someone else instead of addresses you directly. And she was on SNL.

I’m with OP on the idea of not indulging in SF6's stupid little economy. I get that everyone likes cosmetics, but a new Marisa skin isn’t going to stop me from getting my teeth punched in, so I’m more than happy to keep my wallet in my pocket and keep grinding.

But the issue at hand is that is doing the opposite of that, right?  MW2 player counts dove pretty hard, faster than they typically do.  When every match is a sweat-fest, it ceases becoming something you do to unwind and therefore you don’t feel like playing it anymore.  Sometimes you just want to play against a team

Yup, not a word she said was Antisemitic, she was displaying sorrow for people getting murdered for something they didn’t commit. We can say Hamas are dirt bags while say the leaders of Israel are sacks of shit as well.

so you think killing thousands of civilians in the name of saving hostages is a good thing? weird flex but you do you.

Whatever the distinction is that you’re trying to make, you’re not making it clearly. What is the difference between “being outraged” about what you call “an atrocity that is indefensible” and “taking sharp political sides” (as opposed to . . . appropriately dull ones?) about “the conflict”? And what is it

But the ongoing, decades old conflict that has caused their deaths is very complicated

but”

A single single state solution is the only reasonable outcome.

There is no complexity to what is going on, it is not complicated. The only people trying t push the “it is complicated” argument are doing so out of good faith and as aa way to deflect away from what is going on.

Fuck off with that shit. The simple truth is that CIVILIANS are being massacred and it is plain as daylight, the entire history of the conflict does not change that simple truth and that is what people are reacting to.

Or, alternately, they aren’t buying into excuses like “well, Hamas is making us kill all those civilians,” which is an absolute nonsense argument.

Justified criticism of the nation-state of Israel is not automatically anti-semitic.

Location has nothing to do with it, tow truck drivers are always strapped.  Just the nature of the business.

They likely could have released two to three non-live service games in the nine years between their last game and this one. Similar situation as with The Avengers, which solidly ate up the same amount of time as at least two non-live-service games from Crystal Dynamics.

The guy you want to be mad at is Jim Spanfeller and private equity firm Great Hill Partners

I’m pretty sure that wasn’t willingly put there by Zack.

It’s starting to feel like live service game monetization is becoming something of a self-fulfilling prophecy. Trying to build a game around a live service design ends up taking so much more time and development resources that they literally need the live service tail to even turn a profit. But they could’ve released
