Oh grow up. I’ve been staring at straight white males in comic books for 40 fkn years. The Broflake brigade is real.

Cope

Exactly. Even though they likely knew that Elon would run it into the ground (though perhaps not as quickly and spectacularly as he has), they had a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to take that deal and to force it to go through when Elon tried to get out of it.

Nor do I think the board should have forced the sale”

Maybe it’s because... let me check on the app quick... a small fry on it’s own is fucking $2.59. That’s 230 calories for $2.59. I can get a 250 calorie hamburger for $1.49 or a 400 calorie McDouble for $2.29. Like, I’m not here to do pricing strategy for you, McCEO.

This is one of the reasons why I’m a console gamer. I just want to put that disc in or download it and have it work right from the start. I realize that’s less and less true these days as these developers cut corners and launch broken products, but it’s nothing like what PC gamers have to deal with. I’ve been playing

I’m “that guy.” If the CEO wasn’t an unhinged genius who I have no intention of supporting financially or otherwise, I’d probably have a Tesla parked in my garage now, and if not I’d have ordered a Y at this fire sale price. It’s not like the class-leading infrastructure is going away, and I’d have this fancy high

It’s certainly true that some good games, especially indie games, don’t get discussed much - and not just not on social media, but at all.

You will absolutely not buy and play this. You’re posting entirely for clout and it’s terminally lame.

If the last 7 years have taught us anything, it’s that doubling down on stupidity is a very safe bet.

I don’t think it’s a scam, so much as a feeling of necessity to start the game “fresh” and/or not intimidate new players.

I like this thinking. Continuing this idea, why not scour the internet for “abandoned” assets and give them new owners who can properly give them new life and new monetization features? Things like:

So in true Elon fashion, one of the few cool things he came up with was in-fact stolen from someone else.

For a man of this status and influence making such sweeping and inaccurate allegations is wild. they’re conspiratorial.

I think maybe this kind of thing brings into question who the trading card game is for at this point.

It seems to me adult collectors are the target audience now, for better or for worse.

Probably worse.

I would largely be happy with government oversight over a corporation in the name of safety, if that government weren’t the Florida government, which consistently obfuscated and altered COVID health data as they saw fit for political purposes, likely resulting in the deaths of innumerable Florida citizens.

Chris “unannounced bridge maintenance” Christie is weighing in on officials using the government to punish people they disagree with? Really?

I generally agree with you, but what about this system is related to deck building besides the superficial use of “cards” to symbolize what is essentially just a list of collectible perks? The game is an RPG. It feels like you’re dismissing an RPG element just because it communicates the element through cards.

Sir, you don’t understand. He took MONEY. From RICH people.

As we are starting to see from recent news, the cruelty from nintendo is the point.
