You mean the front end of a... CLK?
I commute on this every single day, and it is pretty bad. It is also 2 lanes in some sections where lanes exit. Eliminating the third lane in most of these stretches is literally impossible without exit lines causing even more gridlock.
That BMW V8 is from a car that came out in 2008 and was seen in testing as early as 2006. Not from the 2010's. BMW’s new modular B engines are probably a better choice.
Infiniti G20!
When did he say he was unemployed?
I’m 26 and I lease a Giulia in NYC. I wouldn’t own this car beyond 2-3 years unless it was a weekend driver Quadrifoglio. Do not buy one. I can see this thing becoming a pain in the ass as it ages.
The Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, and LR3/Discovery 3 with this NA 4.4 AJV8 will be among the most reliable Rovers you can get. The air suspension faults can be fixed or eliminated with coils. Keep the sunroof drains clear, and they’re pretty solid.
WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Gas V6 or V8 . These things proliferate across neighborhoods in America regardless of income level, race, ethnicity, climate, etc. They’re reliable, capable, and a parts car will never be very far away.
Not a boomer thing. I’m 26 and I have an AR Giulia. I think this thing is hideous.
The ATS-V has a hideous interior.
These must print money. Priced comparably to a Bentayga but essentially a very nice “plebeian” GLS.
Cue the cheap replicas for only $40 down at your local “performance” shop.
I wish they’d made some sort of change that would rationalize leasing the same car twice. The lease on my 2018 Giulia Sport ends in 10/2020 and short of a possibly unreliable and expensive to maintain Quadrifoglio, I can’t think of any reason to get another Alfa. It drives great, but so do many other new and used…
Tune it. No way it’s faster than my Giulia lol
Lol, tell em to give it another 30 years. The next generation of car enthusiasts after Gen Z passes 50 will not give a shit about these old things.
They stole the wheels and front end from the Honda Accord. The rear profile from the Honda Clarity. And the tail lights from Audi. And put it all together in a flimsy package that will undoubtedly attract the poorest of credit profiles.
Not sure if your name implies being in nyc, but I’ve seen a white one and a yellow one on my morning commute on the bqe. I guess they’re not having trouble selling them near big cities
It’s blocking the driveway of a shop, maybe it’s v6 heart has been ripped out in favor of v8 plans.
Seriously, would be 100x better without that econojunk. S65 swap would be correct
