I never said there was. Every company is different and their needs are different. Hire based on the best candidate for the job. Period. I don’t care what color or gender you are. If you’re the best person to fill the open job spot I have available then it’s yours. End of story.

Such a clickbait headline, but I can’t really expect anything less from Erik. Tesla’s leadership is 59% white. The U.S. is 60.1% white. As much as I love to shit on Tesla, it seems like Tesla is doing a pretty good job making sure whites aren’t over represented amongst their leadership.
