Tesla clearly made the claim the signal came from the driver’s foot. I doubt they’d be so bold as to make that claim if there was any doubt in their mind the car was the cause.

The article insinuated the owners lied about their culpability in the accident, trying to blame the car for the accident when it was actually human error. It says nothing about the owners purposefully crashing their cars. SMH (again).
Bet’cha Toyota (and Audi before them) wish they had all the data available to them that Tesla has today. As it is, Toyota’s black boxes proved many unintended acceleration claims false.

Any time anything happens to a woman, the Internet (Jezebel) will be there to call it sexism/misogynistic.
There are several reasons the US pricing model for Fiat will not apply to the 124.
Not to me, they wouldn’t. I’d consider buying a Fiat 124. I would not consider a Dodge Dart. Yuck.
Two separate companies with a joint venture in this one car. I’m sure they discussed pricing models- including incentives- extensively, when drafting their contract. Mazda knows the 124 will steal some of their sales, but it will be offset by the development and production costs split between the two companies. That…
Totally agree. At the same price, I’d take the Fiat version all day. I think the savings we will see will be due to differences in dealership availability/support and only some due to brand reputation. The 500 is a small city car trying to sell units in volume that doesn’t match it’s narrow appeal. The Fiata will be…
Hnng!
DCTs are great. I’ve owned a couple cars with them from the VAG. But I think the FCA DCT is dry clutch, making it grabby/lurchy.
Ten bucks says the idea of branding this as a Dart convertible for the U.S. was tossed around a marketing meeting.
It would be Mazda LaMazda.
Haha. How bold of him to claim you can’t notice four whole horsepower. I would’ve expected an uproar over such outlandish rhetoric!
As much as I’d like this to be the case, I don’t see it happening.

No one is on your side on this one, dude. You don’t have to like the President, but you’re not winning anyone over with this nonsense.
Funny. If he was an attacker and this video showed him successfully riding past a cop who only tried to flag him down, people (probably including you and I) would be asking why the cop didn’t tackle the guy.
If the President inconveniencing your commute once or twice a year in a major metropolitan area for the sake of keeping schedule without sacrificing his security is striking fear in you, then you need to talk to a doctor about that.
