Based on registration data I believe. So presumably sold vehicles. I was more surprised that the Lightning did as well as it did. It seems to be outdone by the competition in most metrics but I think the market for electric trucks over gas is a lot smaller then the market for Tesla’s that happen to be trucks.

The biggest mistake GM made is by only targeting the extreme economy market with the Volts tech. They should have put the tech into a small or medium size SUV. It would have done very well as the main complaint with the Volt was it was a compact car.

My dad had a Volt and loved it. He currently has a Bolt and loves that but while he would road trip the Volt to visit my bother 400 miles away he won’t in the Bolt. They take my step mom’s Equinox gas engine car.

Between the wheel covers, the sharp edges injuring people, the pedal, the bed cover trim and buttons and this wiper, along with all the other issues popping up it’s pretty clear they did almost no testing and validation on these things. If they did then they knew about these issues and Musk said F ‘em take the money

This thing is such a mess. Put aside styling aesthetics or feelings about the CEO and just looking at how it’s designed an put together and they really screwed a lot up. It’s a worse tow vehicle then their own Model X. It sucks as an actual truck from a loading and capacity perspective. Lots of things failing like

My current cars are orange and sky blue. I really hate that there are almost no colors available especially on more luxury brands/trims. When given the option I’ll pretty much always go with something more different. It really helps finding your car in the lot too.

Following in Tesla’s lead of everything being migrated to the screen is not the play. I hate that. I’ll pay an extra $1k to have physical controls. They are always better. Once you’ve driven a vehicle enough you can just reach and feel for a climate knob or volume control, etc. It’s far safer.

You can’t fix stupid.” Seems like an appropriate quote.

Seems like a decent price. The traditional automatic should be far less problematic then those early single clutch units they used in that time period.

Well more batteries means more weight so there’s gonna some loses. Also you’ll now be working the brakes harder as well as the tires. Then if it’s a boat trailer you have the issues of water intrusion and salt water corrosion. I do believe there are some designs out there but there’s clearly a lot to be desired with

Get in an accident or damage the battery and tell me the premium has evaporated. Also most still bank on government subsidies to level the field. They can be great vehicles but they still have a long way to go.

I’m sad to report that it actually exists and was ”mass” produced.

If you get the chance to check out a slow mo of a dragster launch those tires are huge and the rubber basically twists around the rims on launch. Not a chance this roadster could have anything close for both size and practicality of being a road car.

This is the dumbest idea from an executive that clearly doesn’t actually eat at the place they work. Wendy’s is not a place I have to go too. It’s barely a place I want to go too. It’s the place I go too when I’m lazy and don’t want to cook. If they try to charge more for their half assed efforts in burger making I’ll

This thing was DOA and this issue isn’t helping to change that. Maybe the V2 will be something anyone wants. The reality is VR/AR devices are a novelty and the effort to use them is higher then most people care to invest on a long term daily basis.

I would call and complain. The reality is they are being proactive to limit the cost. If your calculated loss of service is more then $5 it may be worth at least talking to a chat bot on their site. On the other side for me the time spent to get another $1.26 maybe is just not worth my time.

I was fine with this. I didn’t have service all morning that day but thankfully I had access to functioning internet. A credit of a days service was pretty much all I wanted.

I remember the final boss being a pain. The parry mechanic was tricky. I don’t recall if it was just me being not great or if it wasn’t a great implementation but I recall you could slide by a lot without worrying too much but the final boss you NEEDED to have it down and a friend of mine just couldn’t get it and

As someone that used to be a manager there decades ago he could get in as a vendor by checking in at the front desk same as any other and is more then welcome to clean up and stock their product. In fact retailers love it when companies do their jobs for them. The reality is WalMart is generally the worst at executing

Lot of fond memories of playing Doom and Wolfenstien that I secretly installed on my dad’s work computer without him knowing. Good times.
