I gotta be honest most cars in this era regardless of brand look like crap inside today. Some might have better quality but they weren’t by much.

Yeah. This definitely isn’t great but at least people won’t get banned for accidents. You really shouldn’t be playing copywritten music knowing the risks. It’s unfortunate but it was always against the rules. Someday there might be a better solution but I feel that’s a long ways off. 

Older games it’s a risk. Some newer games have been adding “Stream safe” toggles that swap out or mute certain music. Otherwise you can turn off some games music audio. 

The problem is the licensing. The music you get from a streaming or download service gives a use license for you. It does not give you a license to broadcast. Now most of these things were designed with old radio stations in mind and specific markets which is why it’s so complicated now.

It appears to be a step up from the old one in a lot of ways but it feels like they didn’t go far enough in others. Current owners will probably be pleased when it comes time to retire their Tundra.
