No CVT for one. BOF is a lot better ride.

I mean it’s a really solid chassis and powercube. Super durable and it looks good still IMO. They also expose themselves to all the new EPA and CAFE regs when they go through their next major refresh so that’s a major major cost (new powertrain/major platform update in all likelihood) when they can print money right

Doing God’s work.

I mean it gets you from A to B, and it’s fantastic for space/roof capacity, but it’s absolutely soul sucking. It’s really just a CVT thing, it feels way more like boating.

I’ve never had ice cream at McD’s. shrug

It 100% is as bad as advertised. It’s horrible. It’s the literal worst part of the 2015 Outback we own.

Rent is market driven unless you’re in a controlled area. My neighbors are renting their home while out of the country for almost double my mortgage/escrow payment. Housing prices and rent are assuredly link, but the cost of rent is not directly dependent on cost to own aside from providing a pseudo floor on price.

Done well by an experienced leader who knows the company well? Very useful. Typically? Wasted salary.

I mean, this is Vimes’ Boots Theory incarnate.

Yea, but the front sucks hard. They even fucked up the DRL LEDs. It looks goofy, not aggressive, sporty, or remotely menacing. The grill doesn’t match the design language of the rest of the car either.

It has much less to do with the truck not being available, and much more to do with it being bad in general - the arrogance in that CEO’s comment. Although that synergizes well with Tesla, so points there.

how does that one perform on a partial overlap test?

Just get an SUV and all weather mats. Rear seats fold, and then you get usable cabin for the other 363 days a year it’s not muddy when you ride.

Why would you get this over a small infinitely more capable BOF SUV like a 4Runner or a midsize? Yea higher cost, but lower cost options are a ton of just about as capable CUVs. It seems like it makes a bunch of sacrifices and doesn’t improve anything aside from an open back end which ... I guess? Once you’re in the

I thought the biggest impacts (pun intended) are weight and intensity when correlating to injuries. Being overweight and running too hard too soon is a recipe for fucked knees.

This feels like purely punishment - like making things worse for the sake of it. They made the distance tweak for Covid, and guess what - it made the game markedly more enjoyable! Other bonuses like remote raid bonus damage, I can kind of understand, but the added spin distance removal is egregious.

Same, I’m level 41 and didn’t start raiding in earnest until I was 35+ with a lot of the type badges. I can count on one hand the number of raid bosses I didn’t catch.

I would never buy one of these new or used. Hope that helps!
