Not 100% sure but I think it’s a manual trans, but instead of shifting gears normally all you have to do is pull the shifter back towards yourself. So it’s in first, pull it back one notch to 2nd, pull straight back again for 3rd etc. No side to side movement in the shifter, just forward and backward. Makes it faster…
