@Alex_Mexico: No, that was Might & Delight. Shame, I'd have loved to have seen the original team do the sequel to the sidescroller. I'm skeptical about a new team taking the reins of such an established game as Rearmed was (as opposed to the full sequel, that bombed at both sales and review scores)

@Eltigro: It jumped TO the shark, I think.

@NightsirK has paws for typing: Where did you get the backing track without the vocals? I'm no singer, but I'll have a go if it means having a bit of fun with it.

@staySICK: They said in the initial post that the poll would be for us to cut their shortlist to about 10 or so, then they pick their own winner from there, as opposed to having a second reader poll.

@Pointy: He will if there's something awesome announced. Especially in his pants.

@Fernando Jorge: This is only to cut down the shortlist. The editors themselves are picking the winner out of the top 11 scoring games in the poll.

@swimmingninja: No need to Poison a good thread with such slander. ;)

@Noc: "What you'll start to see (or since it already exists in Japan, what we'll start to see accelerate) is video game directors getting more recognition like movie directors and TV show producers. People tune in to watch a Joss Whedon show because he's got a reputation and show plot be damned."

@RockyRan: The leaders didn't leave though, they were kicked out the back door. But what if said employees liked working under their leadership? If they got a role as a team leader elsewhere, and you were as good as guaranteed a spot on that team, wouldn't you join your former comrades again?

@Fluorine: They bought into WoW though, and as that's the Blizzard arm of the business and not directly Activision (at least pre-merger), it's not really counted to the Activision we all know and talk about.

@VincentGrey: "Developers HAVE TO change games into an FPS to get people to play them. They almost have no choice if they want to get people to play them"

Nothing is art. Art has no true definition as it's all based on opinions. There's never a common agreement. It affects some and doesn't affect others. Even paintings aren't art, I'm pretty sure I could walk up to a Van Gogh painting, look at it, and perhaps not feel any sort of emotion towards it whatsoever. I could

@Englando_IV: I've never even owned a Xbox, let alone any Halo games, but think it's an awesome theme. Doom E1M1 though, oh god I honestly can't play FPS games without humming it to myself or having it on in the background, it just gets you so amped for it.

@Diamond Sea: I've had my head in the musical sand for a while, thanks for the heads up about Thurston Moore's new one. I kinda don't keep up a lot with music these days, so will have to keep an eye out for it.

@Alex_Mexico: In fairness, after you'd been stabbed in the back by your own chief to take the fall for just following orders, you'd be swearing like a trooper at him all the time too.

@orijimi: I hope that this game they're promising isn't making a mountain out of a Mohole-hill.

@nerdrage32: This. MegaMan 2 is probably one of the best all around soundtracks I've heard. I have both the original and The Megas' (cover band) Get Equipped MM2 album on my iPod. They never get old.

@nanch: While a remake and not actually from the game itself, this version of Dee Jay's theme from SSF2 (THDR?) is the BOMB.

I agree that Mintz-Plasse will never escape the McLovin tag that made him the star that he is. Much like I can never escape the nickname at college because I (apparently) look a lot like him. :/
