You see, this is where the Simpsons falters. Where it aims to sidestep any offence by changing the names around a bit, everyone knows what they're talking about, so why bother? South Park and Family Guy never go out of their way to avoid commonplace product placement (the recent-ish FG episode with GTA4 in it proving

@fuchikoma: I'm still in 2 minds about it myself. I'm taking the expectation bar down a few levels, but still getting it Day 1 because I don't want it spoilered on me.

@fuchikoma: Not sure if you're trolling but FF8 had 4 discs and it certainly didn't ruin that.

@deanbmmv: You can beat her up and take her money.

@Taggart6 has water damage :(: Clearly not getting the relevance of the picture. Here, have the Obvious Alternative, then look at the original and you'll realise where the link is.

Exact same as last week, everyone forgets about the helicopter in the top-left corner.

They've got balls of steel, dragging this through the mud like they did.

@Jawmuncher: Flopped initially, probably sold shedloads after it moved to the bargain bins.

@Slagathorian: Kotaku don't do rating scores. I though that was a known thing by now.

With all the comparisons with the God of War series that Dante's Inferno seem to be picking up all over the place, and with the 3rd in its series due out soon too, has that spurred the team on to make an even better product than the competition?

Surprised for the highest-grossing game of all time, the Reverse Squiggly gets no mention at all.

@SunScramble: Oh man.. Shadow of the Beast.. That game was god-like on the C64. First game back then to actually use parallax scrolling backgrounds iirc. Was a real masterpiece in its era.

@realityengine: I'm not sure. It wouldn't surprise me if he did, but hell, he pretty much asked us to say it though:

@Paradox Viper: You've got balls of steel posting that in a Kojima thread.

@drag: Even in this morning's Kotaku Off Topic people are proud of the BBC, the music they use on their sports programmings are second to none. And there's nothing that shouts SPORTS more than good music to get you psyched.

Damn it Kojima, I thought we told you: you DON'T have to make Metal Gear games any more!

@D-K: You're pissing me off now.

@D-K: I have enough crap to carry around without yours to add to it.
