“Internacional” is a Spanish word and Miami is a heavily Latino city. Otherwise, arguments against naming conventions and what is properly “native” in a nation of immigrants is crazy problematic, particularly when “America” itself is not even English.

If the Habs were founded as le Club de hockey Canadien then Miami can go by Club Internacional de Fútbol Miami. Both are examples of an organization speaking to its community by its language and conventions.
