This is the most heinous atrocity to occur to to a Redskin at the hands of a cowboy in our nation’s rich and inclusive history.

Cowboy abuses Redskin woman.
The “o” was a raster graphic, and not rendered in the final logo.

What’s green and flies over Germany at 300 miles per hour?
Start off by grabbing a httpstub of cottage cheese
Higher Ed IT person here as well. The unionized benefits and raises are amazing. It’s really nice to have enough sick leave to manage 2 chronic health issues. The almost free grad school that I actually complete is a wonderful perk as well. :)
Same here! I work for a non-profit (not in the IT department, though) and make considerably less than I could in the for-profit arena with the same skills and knowledge. However, I get lots of time off and rarely work more than a standard work week (37.5 hours), which I think helps me have time to enjoy life more. I…
Me too. I make probably half what I could in the private sector, if I wanted to get out there and claw and strive and work my ass off. I don’t. I live in a low-cost state and chill. I work in the public interest and sleep well. I feel sorry for the people who feel the need to devote their lives to the urban meat…

Same here man, got out of that cubicle and now work for a small satellite office for a non-profit, private university. Getting out of that corporate, micro-managing environment and into a place that values my time as much as I do is worth every bit of the 10% less I make. Simple things like it being ok to take long…
IT guy here as well - almost a year ago (!) I left a corporate managed services firm and took a job at a higher ed institution. I am now making $10k per year less than I was, and I couldn’t be happier.
Those people have ZERO clue. A friend of mine makes less than $16,500 a year selling art on ebay. he lives in a tiny house he built on a trailer and lives a nomadic life. his only expenses is LTE broadband and gas/insurance for his truck that he pulls the house with.
People are already slamming this saying anyone who can choose time simply is already rich.
Oh. In that case, next month I’ll just pay my credit card bills with time.
Tell her that it is time to try out “butt stuff”.
Way to make me burst out laughing at a coffee shop :)
“Dude, let’s have some grass!”
