I keep waiting for these things to become small and light enough for passenger cars...

but you buy a bike like this for looks anyway, and the Guzzi has those, boy does it ever....

I’m an obsessive handbrake user, and I know exactly the marks you mean. I think its just dust... $400 all up is actually quite chew for OEM brake parts (unless you are used to dealing with GM), and although the factory pads are indeed dust-tastic, I like the feel and performance. I have used Hawks before and the just

I got Ford OEM from the local dealer (Heritage Ford, Burlington Vermont) I have a noise issue with my rear rotors too. It appears to be getting something stuck or built-up between the rotors and the dust guards. Every time I look I can’t see a damn thing, and it goes away quickly, but its annoying.

This past fall... October. Had all the pads and rotors in three days. (all four wheels)

really? I had no trouble getting brake parts.

The Japanese manufacturers send all their most boring models to the US. Sometimes it seems like they’re still trying to compete against 70's-80's GM in the entrenched American Or Else market, when even GM has moved on to trying to compete with the Koreans and affordable Germans... Mazda still tries in the US, but they

too expensive.

Thats exactly my point. The REALLY good pilots aren’t DOING racing, at least not yet...

Now playing

Kid’s got a fast drone (the climb rate on that thing is ridiculous), and good reflexes, but he’s rough. I dont race, so I may be talking out my ass, but I have seen smoother flying on youtube and in person. He over-cooks that hairpin almost every time... I think this may be a case of “new sport” not being

Wait, so is it FWD? because if it were RWD that would be EVEN WACKIER.

The same thing was happening here in the USA before the Japanese Management's bias and the US management's incompetence killed Suzuki Cars USA (Suzuki Cars Canada still exists)

Suzuki.

Not only are they subject to the same standards, they perform WELL in testing. The Agera R is rated at 16 MPG combined for fuck sake.

JEEP, STAHP. STAHP MAKING THINGS WE WANT BUT CAN’T HAVE.

I wouldn’t try to daily one any more, parts availability is getting... well, slow... you can still get all the parts you need, but you might have to wait for them to come from Italy... But it was one of my favourite cars ever. The FieSTa beats it to the top of my list, but not by as much you might think.

0-60 was never the 164's forte. It’s a long legged highway cruiser with excellent aerodynamics. I had mine to a GPS verified 152MPH, and it had some left... I was out of road.

rust was what finally killed it... regular timing belt and tensioner changes (really, Alfa made it easy, it’s a quick job once you know the tricks; maybe 45 minutes to an hour in the driveway, 30 minutes on a lift) good oil and regular changes, drive it regularly (sitting kills them!) It never left me stranded and

I owned a ‘92 US-market S for almost 400K miles. It was a GREAT car. Comfortable, fast, surprisingly reliable.
