What is safe and sane? In FL you can get anything like 500gram mortars and giant skyrockets and things that put some smalls cities fireworks show ot shame nothing is off limits in florida you just have to sign a piece of payper saying your using them farming use or to signal trains.

@Woozle Wozzle: Samsung did release a stock android phone with no extra ui polish. It's called the Moment also on sprint and it seems except for me everyone complain about how awful the ui was. So I guess Samsung just cant win.
