"Sam learns there’s a mountain of dragonglass beneath Dragonstone, news which he sends to Jon. Perfect timing. Jon can go meet his aunt."
Referring to Bill as "the exposition" and Nardole as "the comic relief" was pretty 4th wall-breaking too.
She's whatever the showrunner/writer says she is; but she doesn't particularly feel like "The Master" - indeed she doesn't even call herself that. She could be any renegade Time Lord if we weren't explicitly told otherwise.
Of course it's political. The reasons being espoused aren't creative, they're political. The amount of times I've seen comments along the lines of "Urgh, another white dude".
Well no, we've had 12 male Doctors in a row (13 if you count Tennant twice). Even though they're all white males, most people don't have any trouble distinguishing between them.
So if Chibnall is so boring (and I don't necessarily disagree), why do you think he's more likely to create an interesting female Doctor?
Well, they are "rabid", but they don't seem to be speculating as much this time, I was wondering whether some deal was done to "give" them Simm and the other stuff, if they didn't mention the REAL revelation.
It will be worth it if they've used it to throw the media off the scent of the real revelation - the next Doctor being revealed in-show!
The biggest coup the show could ever pull off is if it managed to get the new Doctor revelation in the show before it's leaked by the press.
Why should the show need "mixing up"? It's already getting a new Doctor anyway, and a new showrunner, and probably new companions.
It's explained by the monks as being "more efficient", which is Machiavellian logic. If people hate and fear you, they will resist, oppose and attack you.
A "noise machine" for the Amazon Echo would be very much appreciated.
And he used to date Daisy Lowe. Google her, you won't be disappointed.
They harvested Hector's entire hard drive, they had access to everything he'd done. It's assumed they would have done the same to Kenny, so they'd have links to everything he looked at, and everything that was on his hard drive.
Yep, I watched it last night. In the car, Hector was explaining that they harvested his entire hard drive. They knew everything that he'd done on his computer.
Finally seen it.
Yep, an American robot.
His career isn't "inexplicable" though, is it? He co-created, co-wrote and starred in The Office, and has banked a massive amount of credit from that.
I'm pretty sure the plane crash was a genuine rather than a "photo op".
