Been stalled out for a few weeks on the excellent Dark Souls 3 because the PS3 controller that I was using to play games on PC is starting to register phantom button presses, which obviously isn't going to work with Dark Souls. A friend of mine gave me her defective XBox One, and I've been using the controller for that

I don't understand that whatsoever.

Not "cuck"?

I definitely remember most people not getting that it was satire when it came out, including a lot of professional reviewers. I was surprised when I finally saw it and realized it wasn't as shallow and idiotic as it had been made out to be.

If we're getting a new National Anthem, I vote for "Knuck If You Buck."

Well, they did have a black Justin Bieber on Atlanta.

This dude is the greatest. There is no way he should be able to put out as much music as he does and have it be so consistently good.

Minecraft is totally good.

As an educated redneck, I take offense at that.

Oh, some guy with eight comments to his name is douching out, looks like a downvote block flag to me.

It's probably the only insult that is exclusively hurtful to the type of person who would say it, and never to the type of person who would actually be called it.

Hey, would you do me a favor and make your comment history public?

"falling for Bernie again"

Let's see…account less than a day old, no avatar, five comments, all of them assholish and stupid as hell…yep, we've got some textbook downvote/block/flag material on our hands here.

Of all the institutions that failed to get us to this point, I think the media has to take the hardest look in the mirror. At a time when they frankly should have been screening out a candidate like Trump, they were handing him a megaphone because he got ratings and they assumed the joke would run its course in time.

The kind of ironic thing is that the context of the "deplorables" remark was that it was part of the setup for a set of remarks in which she insisted that many Trump voters weren't like that and could be reached out to. The insulting comment appears in context as an offhand remark before a much more substantive

At least it would have been a year of smears rather than 20 years. Most people in the general electorate didn't really know who Sanders was, while Clinton came in to the nomination with a huge chunk of the country already against her. Sanders is relentlessly on-message and I think it's very hard to be confused about

Sanders/Killer Mike for sure

Yeah, it's not like no Democrat has ever been smeared as a non-Christian socialist before. Hell, Hillary Clinton is the first one I can remember who wasn't.

It's been a longstanding maxim since the early days of Hollywood that a woman will watch anything a man will watch, but a man won't watch everything a woman will watch. I have a textbook around here somewhere that talks about this idea in a bit of detail but I can't find it.
