The obvious Jalopnik answer is a Brown VW TDI sportwagen with a 6 speed manual.

Hunting down an annoying electrical gremlin after swapping in the VR6. Everything was wired up and functioning as it was intended. Had fuel, air, and spark and all the sensors were outputting to the ECU that every thing is hunky dory. Well when you turn the key it just cranks and wont start. Over 2 weeks tested,

I live my life one greyed out comment at a time...

The horn. So underrated but so critical in in the best safety feature which is avoiding an accident all together.

We had a saying in NJ just for this exact situation:
“Nothing a gallon of gas and a lighter couldn’t fix.”
Perhaps electrify the Golden Eagle and keep the FC on dino juice?

From my personal experience with our 2014 Passat TDI the price is fair, but actually owning one is CP. If it missed out on sitting in a parking lot for 3 years in Pontiac, MI it at least has that going for it. Unfortunately the NMS Passat isn’t a great drivers car or really all that nice of a place to be.  It reminds

Has anyone mentioned Faraday Future yet?

Here is my old 95 Passat VR6 where I first fell in love.

Thanks and I understand, just wanted to let you know David is doing his best and some of the confusion probably is my fault. This dude has been living in his car and wrenching on the Jeep non-stop since I met him on Saturday, and how he even puts coherent sentences together is a mystery to me.  Especially since I am

If you give it more than 50% in first gear you are going to have a bad time. LSD is going to happen as it has already torched 2 OEM open diffs. Point it straight in third gear, release the fury, and it propels itself towards the horizon in breathtaking fashion.

Absolutely #girldad

I totally forgot about that post!  I don’t have an up to date build page at the moment, but it is hosted over at DIYAuto.com

Kinja ate my other account, but I am here to clarify a few things in David’s defense.
