One of our biggest differentiators is that over time we should have the most accurate information on how compensation breaks down by gender, ethnicity and education. It’s almost impossible to find this data most places. Also will soon be adding equity.

Agreed, FYI we’ve had tens of thousands of people sign from the tech industry so far, and in may job titles over 500 real people to compare yourself to. But yes still a long way to go, just 4 weeks in :)
