First one:
That is a glitch. It relates to how NPCs find paths in earlier GTA games. This causes them to just wander around even straight off ledges.
Suicidal Airplanes:
Pathing issue, similar to the one in Saints Row 2 the airplanes don't know something is in their path and will just follow the orders they are given.

It gives a person an unfair advantage and does ruin the experience for those around them as a result.

[Wrong person]

This isn't what these are, but good try.

And the worst part is how god damn entitled they sound when they are called out for cheating, I suspect that when GTAV for PC comes out that Rockstar is going to put a clamp on the ability to mod it just because of people who have been playing GTA:Online and acting like such assholes.

A player's lack of imagination is not the fault of the developer.

Yeah, everything is done server side. It however doesn't mean that things can't be intercepted and manipulated.

There shouldn't be any confusion, this is straight up cheating. This is a MMOFPS (shut up, it is) and "mods" of any sort are just straight up not ok. Mods should be reserved for singleplayer and/or multiplayer games that allow or permit modding (Minecraft comes to mind). Otherwise, anyone arguing over this being a mod

I don't care, don't talk to me.

No, please don't give them ideas. This was not even remotely meant as a message beyond "Fuckthe PC police!".

I will not deny that killing is killing and is bad, this is obvious.

But, you see, here is the deal. Killing in self-defense has always been considered an act that can be looked past. The reason for this is pretty simple, it is in our nature to want to survive at all costs. We will not sit there and just let someone

....Please, don't you ever talk to me again. You have no idea how deeply disturbed you just sounded.

No, I wouldn't say it was smarter than it appeared.

Postal gets away with what it does because it god damn knows what it is doing and revels in this, it's as black a comedy as black comedy can get. It doesn't even attempt to take itself seriously, not even in the slightest. It's just a very strict parody of society and

It may be a good thing he didn't, we would all benefit from pretending those games were never made.

GTA has always been a parody, parodies tend to use black comedy to make a point and GTAIV just straight up parody the very premise the series relied on to point out just how violent and fucked up it is, making for a surprisingly in-depth and harrowing story.

This game on the other hand is just...something else...even I

They still do.

Well, they aren't. Texture Packs are just folders that contain images that change the overall look of the game, they have no practical effect on the gameplay and are just cosmetic in nature.

Resource Packs on the other hand are considered game modifications as they do allow for a crazy amount of changes to be made: htt
