Well I think saying ,"not too dark" is a problem. Sure a person can cast for a specific race, gender or height, but the wording here is the issue.

It's hilarious that people don't think "not too dark' isn't racist. It's vulgarly racist and I don't know any terminology remotely asking for the same thing casting wise that isn't racist.
