Hi, I made Lean. You can tap on the Live Photo icon in Photos app to mark it as non-Live, no need for a crop :). However, doing that doesn’t remove the video component, you can always reverse it back and that takes up space. Lean removes it completely by making a new copy and delete the original Live Photo.
