1st Gear: Ehh no, I’m really not worried about the first 90 days of ownership on a fairly major purchase. I’ve owned a 250k mile toyota and the day I sold it; it still could cross the country without any issues. I’ve seen quite a few Hyundai and Kias burning oil (exhaust) within few years.

Jeep has slowly been killing it’s image with re-branding dodge and Chrysler junk over the last 10+ years. I think it’s finally catching up to them. Also I personally think Honda’s Awd is just there to sell cars. So I would vote no on both of these. I’d probably go with a Subaru Forester over the offerings of these

Well to be honest my real name is Delta88. Majority of the coinage is usually pennies with a variety of niches and dimes sprinkled in.

I employ a similar tactic to keep my car vacuumed out on a regular basis.

They do hold their value fairly well. I recently purchased a 2009 Outback w/manual with 80k on it for $9k. Deals are out there but you have to be patient.

I look at it as a win, win. I will enjoy watching the new show on Netflix (when that happens), as well as what direction the BBC takes Top Gear in its reformulation.
