I believe it is also based on the number of credits actually needed. Now that FCA and PSA are one company the combined company doesn’t need credits. It would make sense for Tesla to agree to dissolve the pool instead of remaining in the pool but not selling any credits.

GM is basically gone from the European market now that they sold Opel / Vauxhall to PSA. The only vehicles GM sells in the EU are the Corvette (Starting at $114,000 in the UK) and the Cadillac XT4.   They are likely under 1,000 sales a year and exempt from the rules.

I’ve been looking at airbag vests for a couple of years and seriously over the winter. I finally made a decision and my Hit-Air vest arrived last week.

I don’t know of any airbag jackets that cost $200.
