My understanding is that the entire cast and crew were on board (and crucially, still under contract with Netflix). Fincher, as the showrunner, pulled out and that was pretty much it. Apparently production of the second season was tough, Fincher threw out a bunch of scripts and stepped in to direct a bunch of episodes

What, no Santa Clarita Diet?

How in the ever merciful fuck is Santa Clarita Diet not on this list? You could bump two or three of these turds easily, Santa Clarita Diet was phenomenal.

Still pissed at them for leaving us hanging with that insane OA ending.

In my experience the European rental car companies, Europcar especially, are VERY strict on even minor damage. Most big American rental companies don’t even look for minor scratches. I have twice had Europcar issue a bill over incredibly small windshield rock chips that were barely noticeable to the naked eye, maybe

I worked in the Car Rental Industry for more than 30 Years. I can tell you this from experience.

Some rental agencies thrive off these false damage claims. You can bet they’d fight a photo.

The science says an exercise you like to do and continue to want to do is the best. 90% of fitness is liking what you’re doing enough to want to keep doing it. If that’s running for you keep killing it!

Also, if running isn’t your thing, give rucking a shot. Just throw some books in a backpack and go for a long walk. You’ll work a bit harder than walking, feel it in your breathing, and it’ll burn a few more calories.

Really any amount of weight will work, but 20+ lbs is where you start to really feel it.

Proper burpees are not overrated. And they’re not filler. I’ve met remarkably few people who like doing them, but they’re absolutely fantastic for training your exhaustion recovery. I don’t know if there’s a term for that, but being able to dance with exhaustion and recovery is huge for cardiovascular health.

I have no answer, just an endorsement. I like to run, even if I’ll never be more than an average runner at best. As exercise, I appreciate that I can adjust the effect in two straightforward ways, speed or distance, and I do both.

you can add arm and leg weights while planking, i suppose. or have your cat(s) sit on your back, like mine tries to do, lol

re: Planks “...And you can’t progressively load it; you just do it for longer and longer stretches of time.”

You can.  You learned today to look at it in a browser that isnt Firefox.

Now that I’m helping my friend coach his son’s tee-ball team, I realize why I threw like that: their hands are too little to hold the ball properly. The balls they use are smaller than a standard baseball, but not by much. It would be (and in fact was) pretty easy to just keep palming the ball as you got older.

Why do you hate your dishwasher so much? Most of those things are much better off being washed by hand (light fixtures, tools). If those fixtures have any type of pattern applied, it probably will not survive. Also, if your dishwasher is newer, it has a food disposer that will be destroyed on the hard dirt/stones. If

Sponges are gross. I use plastic scrubbers that can go in the dishwasher.

If you put plastic things in make sure you don’t use heat dry unless you know for sure the plastic that thing is made of can handle it

I don’t know about sponges and cloths. I find that sponges microwave well and the moister loosens any crud, making for an easy wipe. And cloths just go in the washing machine. I feel like cloths wouldn’t get rinsed as well in the dishwasher and would be prone to collecting crap that isn’t going to sluice off like it

If you are putting all this stuff in your dishwasher, dont forget to clean out the filter once in a while...
