We have a Bnb but we’ve been burned numerous times by people cancelling the day before, and we can’t recoop that (aka too late for another booking) so we don’t allow cancellations within a week. Not a fan of a gas stove at all! I agree with everything stated above and am looking at replacing my gas stove soon. Not to mention the cost of gas vs electric. I was convinced by family that a gas stove is way better, so I went with it. I hate it.

While our dishwasher certainly isn’t the most expensive, or rather, fanciest, it’s good quality from a solid brand, and it also does an excellent job.
