100%. I will instantly judge people, and then have to reel myself back in by asking myself why it bothers me? It often really, truly doesn’t bother me, but I have this preconceived (learned) notion that it should. I mean, I’ve been doing this for years so I’ve come a long way, but it’s a hell of a habit to fully break.
