Any point I may have agreed with was rendered useless with the authors attempts to de-value these characters in every possible way. The fact that she sites Sara (who was my favorite), Laurel (who is terrible), & Helena (who was crazy) as strong, while labeling Felicity as a useless, pinning, weak-willed woman, tells

I agree. I think they're keeping Sara alive, just in case. I do feel bad for the actress though, it must suck to be in her position. No matter what, she'll never match up to Sara for many people. I know that is at least true for me.

LOL. Well if the Arrow S3 summary that I just saw is real, then I'm not worried about it.

Eh, I feel like passing the jacket was more of a what if, than a when. I'm not saying she won't be BC, but I think if it was definitive they would've gotten rid of Sara permanently, making that her inspiration. I don't like Arrow's version of Dinah, but Sara was cool. As for KC, I have never seen her in anything else,

There isn't much blatant Laurel hate here, but there is a lot of criticism. Most of it (not all), is done in a respectful manner. I wanted to like Laurel, because Dinah is awesome in the comics. The show, however, has ruined her character. Perhaps, if they took more time turning her around, they spent half the season

I would love if they recast the part, but I think it's safe to say that won't happen. Also, I'm not sure a new actress can help the all around bad writing that character has had. I guess I'm just bitter they ruined one of the best female comic characters.

I totally agree. The episode itself was really good, but Laurel stood out like a sore thumb. I think they are trying really hard to make Laurel a likable, and sympathetic character, and that comes across as obvious in the writing. If you take her out of the equation, this episode would have been great, and you
