I am never taking my nephew Easter egg hunting again...

Cool. Inflection never quite comes across in text, does it?

Also my god is an Alex Rodriguez bobble-head & he nods in approval of all I do.

I know, I know...I just think it makes things too easy. At that point, no one is ever in danger. Its too Deus ex Machina for my taste. Sue me but I thinks dumb and makes me stop caring for the characters.

You're not being sarcastic, are you? Oh boy...

You have a very valid point...

That's why I clicked on it...

"Taco Bell Skills Challenge? Count me in!"

+1 Ha

I just don't care for that. I know its part of the SHIELD universe, but it always seemed to take away from the characters. There's no real danger for them when "oh shit Maria Hill just got gunned down...oh wait that's not her. Never mind..." It just makes it, I don't know, easy I guess.

That would make sense. I just don't want him to miraculously be A Ok, you know what I mean? It would cheapen the legend of Coulson.

Thank you for your view, but tap the brakes on the rant, ok? One of the reasons I stopped reading comics was because of this very thing. Trust me, I understand comics aren't linear in a real since. It just always seems to take away the actual fear. If and when EVERYONE is basically immortal, then the story grows

Thanks.

And where can I find this fanfic?

My thoughts exactly.

I'm still trying to figure out how Coulson is in the SHIELD show...If he's alive, then what point in time does the show take place? I love the character & am happy to see him reprise the roll, but I gonna be a bit pissed if it uses the "he wasn't dead this whole time" BS.

That is one scruffy-looking nerf herder....

I prefer Nien Nunb: Rebel without a Cause

I, for one, welcome our new Chimp overlords...

This whole conversation has been to Hank Hill's voice in my head...
