I dunno...GotG, even tho its not a widely known group, can do pretty damn well IF they sell it right. People already know the Avengers now & how great it had to be since it made so much. Just attach them to the Avengers in the early trailers and I think people will bite, hook line & sinker.

I never followed the Avengers closely when I was younger(Did read the individual stories of Thor & IM) so your guess is as good as mine. My comic days were smothered mainly in Spider-Man, all the X-Men family & Dare Devil, and that was 15+ years ago.

IMO the sequel/up-coming movies should focus on adding another female role. Scarlet Witch can't be done since Fox(?) owns the mutant populace, but Wasp or, preferably, Ms Marvel would be great adds. I absolutely love Coulson, but could live without the Vision addition.
