As I learned, Miatas are not a dime-a-dozen up north like they are down south, and do command a bit of a premium (about double your California price for NAs/NBs = Canada prices). That said, I don’t doubt that the seller has over 20 grand into it.

I was a convertible skeptic before I bought my Miata. My dad had a ‘93 ragtop Camaro, and I didn’t care that much about it. It was “cool”, but that’s because it was a muscle car, not because it had the soft top.

I would flat out refuse to even put an offer on a house without a decent parking arrangement, but that kind of skirts the question...Or does it?
