I’ve made the phone call several times. Most of the time I don’t get any callback for a follow up (I tell dispatch I have them on dashcam for evidence). BUT, one time there was an older truck that was swerving around traffic already going 80mph. I was on the line with dispatch who told me a trooper was on the entrance

I know it’s almost got a 50/50 weight balance so between the battery pack and 12gal gas tank yeah. It does feel like it’s balanced when I slalomed some cones, but with the skinny tires it was squeeling the entire time.

Like everyone else, I too cannot afford one of these fancy automibles. However, I do know a guy who Friday’s his 31' chevrolet. It’s got a late 30s packard trans I believe and will do 70 mph on the highway with 4 people in it. it is a bit unsettling knowing it’s part wood, no seatbelts but everyone turns to look at it

If you need further explaination, Traxxas has had the Radio Controlled TRX4 crawler out for a while that has portals on all 4 corners. They have some good pictures demonstrating the perks of portals.

They’re bolted to the axle, so the entire steering knuckle turns when you turn. This is generally not something you just want to slap on a stock axle, you want to make sure it’s either reinforced or strengthened or a lot beefier and able to handle the extra stresses. You do have to make sure your wheel will fit over

I’ve riden in many and my brother has the CanAM XMR that is designed for mud. All are fun and are a blast to drive. Sure they can be pricey, but for what you can do and relatively cheaper parts than a typical truck it’s the best thing. I do recommend a real roll cage because the factory ones seem a tad bit thin. AND

I’m confused. Were you doing 90mph in PARK, and going through an RV park? that doesn’t seem safe. AND to top it all off all the dash lights are on. must be a gm product :D

My previous DD was a 2007 Prius. It’s rated at 75HP and a gross weight of 3795lbs it recieves a power to weight ratio right at 2.0. It was terrible in just about everything except gas mileage, parking lots, and half way decent trunk space.

Damn. That sucks. I always wanted to meet her. First saw her on Xtreme 4x4, then started seeing her everywhere and knew she was more than just a typical TV host. True awesome woman.

I’ve seen this a lot. After asking a few people about their accessories, they really know nothing about them other than it sits taller or that has extra light “thingys”

So is “Stingray” dead? was that just a C7 only thing? (not talking about the original Stingray).

Did I miss where it was called out what cab/bed was used? I’d like to think its the crewcab short bed moderatly loaded out with options, but I’ve learned for fuel economy its usually the regular cab shortbed with zero options and a super low gear ratio like 3.05 or something.

If only my laptop was powerful enough to play this map. I haven’t looked at what it’ll take but I know some other maps that aren’t nearly this size take a ton of ram and drops my FPS down into the teens.

My truck came factory with 17" wheels and 30" tires....I currently have 17s and 33s. The ride is noticeably more cushioned. For a truck it did good but I did notice some extra scrubbing on corners...so installing F/R Hellwig swaybars makes it a racetruck so all is good. *thumbsup*

I listened to Dave Ramsey’s podcast and used the babysteps to help me through the process. Babystep #2 is paying off the debt as fast as possible starting with the least amount CC while paying minimum on all the other cards. I also went to a cash only system and removed all CCs from my accounts like amazon so I could

I prefer a stand-up desk....So does that mean I need to get a monster truck with the center standing position that uses motorbike handlebars to steer? awesome.

#3. I completely agree with. I am currently in the market for a newer (2018+) F150. The feature I will not do without is adaptive cruise w/ stop and go ($1200). BUT, that only comes as an option on the technology package ($7000) and you can only get it on Lariat and above trims. If I could get it on the XL or XLT,

I offroaded my prius quite a bit, mostly down dirt trails to remote campsites, but I never had any problems aside from getting hung up on rocks.  The front end has some sort of limited slip that helped out a bunch.
