shooting out a magnetic cable to the back of a semi and have it pull you along for a short distance so you can recharge free of charge to you.

So this or the Bollinger B2 or Rivian R1T?

Have you not see anything on motor trend on demand? Theres a ton of shows on there about old cars, new cars, motorbikes, and making old cars into running/racing condition and doing something cool (Roadkill).

I’m interested. I have an RSVP for the Bollinger B1/B2 trucks and believe I’ll be ready to purchase by 2020.  I think the styling on this is very different than the Bollinger, but I hope the rear passengers have plenty of leg room.  One thing I dislike about the midsize trucks is how very little the rear passengers

Of all of the fleet vehicles I’ve driven at several companies, no one told me anything about the vehicle I’d be using. Just handed me the keys and off I went. Didn’t ask if I could drive a large 3/4 ton dually, or 15 passenger van, or smaller box truck, or even a manual transmission...So did anyone tell these people

As far as mechanical questions go, the guys from Road kill, Hot rod garage, and roadkill garage answer most of them. Especially the infamous Thermoquad!

I was actually going to ask about new cars. You recommend not doing an inspection on new cars, but could that have made buyers aware of the Jeep Wrangler trackbar bracket weld issues?

I’d love a model A. With modern materials it would be a contender to UTVs and ATVs much like the Roxer is.

Because of this, I install rear cantilever shocks on all of my jeeps and trucks.

Painted bits and pieces of the dash, door handles, and other trim pieces white to match the body color....little did I know, the roof light bar reflecting off the hood reflects off the white dash top piece that reflects the light onto the windshield...which causes a HUGE glare. idiot.

I find this interesting when I’m sitting in the RH lane just idling along.  If there’s a gap in front of me someone will almost always switch lanes in front of me then slam on the brakes because my lane isn’t going any faster.  Also, if there’s a gap, 3-4 cars entering the highway try to jam into the space of 1-2

I’ve had several pairs of leather gloves and light-weight mechanics gloves, but I have found these 5.11 gloves or their competition shooting gloves are the best. They may not be fur lined but the grip is good and I still have great dexterity.

I don’t have a 4th gear in my prius....or a 3rd, or 2nd.

Had this car as a rental for a week. complete garbage. 0/10 stars. slow/terrible handling/4 tiny cup holders/less than medicore gas mileage/ awkward radio buttons/ small trunk space/ huge C-pillars = huge blindspots/ and so much more!

As an FSAE car driver, doing this can shorten your time by a few seconds and will help keep the car settled. Once I figured out how to do this I was very suprised by how much faster I was around an autocross course than other drivers who had more time on a track and are 50lbs lighter than I (for such a small car this

October 18th? I thought this would have been October 10th...Just sayin :)

Actually they don’t use AutoCad, they use SolidWorks which is more than capable of creating complex surfaces.  But for what they’re doing and the purpose, this doesn’t need a bunch of complex geometry, that’ll just run up the cost of parts and tooling more than it already is.

I agree its most likely robotic fixture error. If not done correctly or checked often, these fixtures can move out of alignment just thousands of an inch but be up to several inches off at the welder tip.  With random selection inspections it would be hard to catch as they’re cranking these things out as fast as they

I’m suprised no one has pulled my truck over yet. It has a mechanical locker that easily locks up when I add power around corners and chirps the tires and makes it sound like I’m “spinning tires”. But this is Texas so...

I’m looking for a vehicle currently, its between a new Jeep or pickup. Even a fairly loaded out F150 Lariat its $50k+. If I go used to like 2015-16 theyre in the high 40s-50s. I’m tempted to buy new since I tend to hold onto the vehicle well beyond what most people do (15+ yrs)
